What if Tebow were Muslim?

Really interesting article here asking how Tim Tebow's very public faith would be taken if he were Muslim, rather than Christian. Talks a lot about Ali as well...

He woulld get less riducule by the over-PC libral media. Fuck, you can't even draw a fucking cartoon of Muhammad without outrage and threats of violence from Muslims.

The Ali example is a joke. Ali was disliked not just because he was a Muslim, but to be brutally honest, he was an arrogant asshole about it. Basically if you did not agree with his extremist Muslims beleifs, he would ridicule you. If you were black, he would call you an Uncle Tom.

Tebow has shown non of that extremist attitude.

Christians and Jews has been a target by the media and Hollywood for a while now. It's basically ok to ridicule them. But if you ridicule a Muslim, it's a hate crime

If he had the same on the field success there would be a lot more backlash and he wouldn't be as popular but he would be able to do incredible things in terms of changing people's opinions about Muslims.

However, I doubt he would have ever become Tim Tebow. He wouldn't have had the fan support or media attention to catapult him to where he is.
