No way that's not a fun fight, for as long as it lasts. It's a win-win for Kat, no one expects him to beat Rios and he'll get a good payday and more exposure from it.

the man doesn't need more exposure. He needs to be matched carefully and retire soon. He has been punched in the head alot over the last 5-6 years and unless he is very lucky he is going to be in pretty bad shape after his career is over.

I think its because JMM, Soto, and Guerrero all are moving up. Rios is sticking around for another fight or 2. He should face the winner of Murray-Mitchell. It could be for the Ring belt if JMM vacates and everyone gets moved in the rankings.

Soto's no longer with Top Rank, plus he vacated his Lightweight trinket and moved up to Jr Welterweight.
