If Cloud vs Pascal is on the undercard it will be worth it. That would be two really good fights on one card. That doesnt seem to happen now days.

Didn't HBO give Hopkins a contract ?

Golden Boy would be wise to attach Pascal vs Cloud on the undercard, or at least get Pascal on the card.

i imagine it could prove to be quite difficult for GBP to secure a Cloud vs Pascal fight as part of the undercard for this event considering Pascal and Cloud are both promoted by 2 completely separate groups

Golden Boy are considering taking Dawson vs Hopkins to Canada, and they have a good relationship with the Canadian promoters. So bringing Pascal to the card wouldn't by that difficult.

Cloud on the other hand is promoted by Don King, so you could be right.

GB would have to be prepared to dish out a lot of money to make that happen though, you also have Hopkins as the main PPV attraction, how much do you think he's going to want of the PPV revenue that is generated? maybe they can make it work but wre'll just have to wait and see

The only Hops PPVs that have ever been successfull was against Oscar and Tito.
