MAIN EVENT
Junior dos Santos 239 vs. Shane Carwin 254

PPV:
Kenny Florian 146 vs. Diego Nunes 145
Mark Munoz 186 vs. Demian Maia 186
John-Olav Einemo 261 vs. Dave Herman 233
Donald Cerrone 155 vs. Vagner Rocha 155

SPIKE TV PRELIMS
Yves Edwards 155 vs. Sam Stout 155
Chris Weidman 186 vs. Jesse Bongfeldt 185

ONLINE FIGHTS
Jason Young 145 vs. Dustin Poirier 146
Mike Massenzio 201 vs. Krzysztof Soszynski 205
James Head 186 vs. Nick Ring 185
Aaron Rosa 261 vs. Joey Beltran 247
Darren Elkins 145 vs. Michihiro Omigawa 145

My questions:
1- What does this PPV cost?
2- Is it normal for UFC fans to be able to see this many fights for free (online and Spike) and then still get 5 fights on the PPV?
3-Why do boxing promoters not see this and understand that boxing fans want PPV cards with this much value?

Because the UFC doesn't pay the fighters anywhere near as much as boxers get

And to answer your other questions

1. $49.99

2. Typically they'll be the 5 fights on the PPV card, the Spike prelims and the online bouts are shown during the PPV if time permits

That's why it's a classified section on the guys trunks/shirt/hat/fight poster, it supplements the lower purses. Guy I train with got paid $8,000 to show up, $8,000 for winning and got about $10,000 for ads (mainly got that much since he was fighting on Spike that night).

Promoters also realized nobody cares about undercards except hardcore fans.

Case and point. Look how Arce-Vazquez Jr, a FOTY canidate fight, got pretty much swept under the the rug over the Pac-Mosley borefest.
