Garcia vs. Matthysse?

Schaefer says it's very possible if Maythysse get's past Ajose Olusegun in a clash that's being set up for possibly September.

I'd rather see a rematch with Judah than him fighting Olusegun

probably the best fight that can be made at 140 at the moment i think. hpoefully it happens because it shows that at least 140 is moving in the right direction where the best people are fighting each other.

I'd rather see Garcia vs. Lopez and Maidana vs. Matthysse on the same card.

This fight flat out will not be made.

No way Garcia wastes his golden ticket on Matthysse...

Yep, can't say it is impossible.

And much more likely than anything with Matthysse.

Also, look for Bradley to possibly try to get at him if there is no Pac rematch (yes, the TR vs. GB will make this harder).

I would love to see Bradley vs. Garcia. Timmy should be competing at Jr Welterweight anyway and this would be his chance to prove he's really the #1 guy in that division.

They are not going to make that fight. Matthysse smokes Garcia. Matthysse has been getting better and better per fight. He may of lost to Judah but he convincingly won that fight and was robbed by Alexander. For Garcia, theres lesser fights that can make him the same amount, so I this fight gets made. Matthysse probably wins a vacated belt, Garcia has to vacate either the WBC or WBA belt. He can't keep both.

Matthysse dominates. He is too powerful and does not get sloppy. Garcia visits the canvas probably multiple times. I will go with TKO7.

those are good fights but i highly doubt that maidana ever drops back down to 140.
