There's no guarantee that will happen, who knows how politics will play out during that period. Plus Wladimir will have father time to battle with.

Either way the division becomes interesting again.

If Haye wins, the division and the sport benefits. There would be the older brother avenging his kid brother angle for a Vitali fight, the rematch with Wlad, etc.

Whereas if Wlad wins, there's nothing on the horizon.

But as far as in-ring action, I don't see Haye winning really improving that. He would draw more att'n to the game with his mouth and charisma, but not off of what he does in the ring. Kinda like how Floyd is so popular based on everything EXCEPT what he does in the ring. Effective and wholly unentertaining.

Guys with big mouths are the ones who make it nowadays.

Ali, the one against Enzo was a nice little shootout, but what other fights in the past few years were really good? The Barrett fight? OK, maybe.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I look at Haye as a guy who produces exciting conclusions. But the process getting there isn't always that thrilling. I think when he faces someone he fears or at least respects, he reverts to a 100% ambush style, which sees him spending most of his time staying away from a guy, looking to dart in with power shots.

He's sort of a heavyweight Jean Pascal.
