THE BRITISH FANS DESERVE BETTER.

in reality im very hard pressed to think of any boxing fans anywhere that are dedicated to the sport of boxing then the folks from the uk.there enthusiasm for there fighters time and time again is shown with great exciting crowds and to the point they travel overseas in the thousands for hatton kahn and others that fight in the usa.
there love of not only boxing but the hw division i feel is legendary..looking at there heavies for the past 50-55 years and who was the british champ or european champ you get a list of complete bums..thats right .outside of lennox lewis there all bums with a few mediocre fighters.slop like joe erskine dick richardson brian london dunn bygraves francis skelton and others have excited there fans but in reality are big time bums with the british crown...bugner may be the best of the lot outside of lewis.chisora average at best..fury we dont know..even the most beloved of them all henry cooper was not a good fighter..yes thats right.henrys claim to fame was a excellent left hook that knocked ali down and a upset win over foley a overated but top contender.in the return foley koed cooper.patterson koed him.ingemar koed him.even ugh joe bygraves koed him as well as a guy named bachierri..these were not cuts but a real ko ten count win..henry of course beat the other slop like london etc etc.
there are at least a dozen other names that held the title.all bigger bums..now there excited about a david price who thus far is inexperienced and feasted on a list of stiffs that makes the morgue look alive...is this the best they can do for these great fans...its a shame.
by the way frank bruno did not hold the british title.he and bugner are the best of the lot outside lewis...
