Dont you need a blow-by-blow guy in there?
My favorite will always be Steve Albert and Al Bernstein.

I think too many guys commentating on a fight at once. All you should have is a blow by blow guy and the color commentator.

Tarver is good.
He doesn't talk too much.
He doesn't pull a Lennox and disappear for large portions of the telecast.
He doesn't start preaching like Roy Jones (Jones also makes a point and repeats it alot during a telecast).
He and Al have good chemistry. I think that is important with a 3 person team. They both seem to have a pretty good sense of when to interject and when not to. Don't talk over each other.
