I'll watch Soto Karass fight, but not much else. I'm glad NBC is getting back into boxing but this deal with Main events is a joke.
Does the network not have someone very knowledgeable about boxing??? One diehard fan would tell them to not do any deal with any company!!!!!

I'm definitely going to check it out. The Chambers fight would've been fun and the card looked good on paper before some guys dropped out so I don't blame NBC. Sooner, it's on the new NBC Sports channel. Not sure how you would find out if you have it or what channel it is though.

NBC Sports Fight Night Now Sponsored by Go Daddy
Go Daddy will make its ring debut on Sat, Jan 21 as the presenting sponsor of NBC Sports Network Fight Night, its new boxing series featuring premier boxing talent, it was announced today.
Go Daddy, the world's largest provider of Web hosting, domain name registrations and net new SSL Certificates, cites the strong loyalty of boxing fans as one of its reasons for entering the squared circle.
Jon Miller, President, programming, NBC Sports and NBC Sports Network, said: "Go Daddy has been a great partner of ours and we're excited to team up with them to launch the Fight Night Series."
"Our goal is to build an NBC Sports boxing brand where consumers know our fights are always going to be competitive and that they can expect exciting 'crossroads' fights where the fights are very evenly matched to the point where it's tough to predict a winner in advance," Miller said.

what happened with joel julio's fight?
i saw the weigh in at fightnews and he's not on the card.
main events should have put sadam ali on this card to give him exposure.

Nope. They still don't even have a boxing page up on their website.

This is a pretty good fight. Not sure if it's enough to keep me interested in watching the rest of the card though. Karass looks soft.

he shouldn't be fighting at 154, and he has taken some damage in his career.

Kenny Rice. Why?
Listen to what Kenny says about boxing. Now that idiot is doing commentary for it?
