Isn't Roy supposedly broke? His team needs to step in. Roy needs to figure out his best legal path and think about all options including bankruptcy. Fighting isn't a good plan for making money going forward. He needs to stick to being an analyst for HBO, maybe having someone write a book on his life, personal appearances where he can get paid.
