he beat ss in germany.118-110 118-112..the other guy had it 118-110 for ss...SS admitted he lost the fight.

I sincerely hope there is a clear result in the Chavez vs Zbik fight. Let Zbik beat Chavez badly or Chavez Jr. mow him down and show himself to be legit. No bullshit decisions I hope.Gumby wrote:Finally. Another fight for Chavez Jr.

From what I've seen of Geale he'd give Chavez Jr nightmares.

I think Mundine would be wise to avoid that fight. He is getting too old and Geale is in his prime. I truly think Geale is the 2nd best middleweight. Obviously there is a huge gap between 1 and 2 but I want to see Geale fight some big names.

i agree u,mundine barely squeaked the first one.since then geale has stepped up his competition & mundine has gone the opposite way.

further,when geale arrived back in stdney on tuesday,mundine(admittedly sought out by a tv reporter said i'll whip him again.when they questioned geale(& this shows his style)he said words to the effect of,i'm only going to fight the best in the world,i'm not interested in fighting mundine,i want to challenge myself.as a sidelight on sunday here a sports program has both mundine & geale face to face in the studio.i'll wsee if i can find a link after to post.

it was better than all of mundines last 5-6 fights combined.like last weekend geale worked for 12 rounds & made mundine fight.it was close as whiskers,even most of the press here thought geale won,but he didn't squeal & mundine never mentioned a rematch.since then,i think,if you look at the way they have gone since,it's geale who has moved up in class while mundine has kept feeding off thelesser lights in australian boxing.in a way i'm glad & i hope geale means it when he says mundine has no interest for him,but a part of me wishes he'd take the bout to put mundine into total insignificance.
