Round 1 10-9 Vitali; clear round. How can Adamek get past the jab? How can Adamek stand up to the right hand for long?

i thought that adamek was winning until vitali started hurting him at the end of the round.

Vitalis stance isnt very good, his skills are average, but damn he can punch. Adamek cant take his punches. This fight will not go very long.

Adamek landed some decent shots that round but Vitali landed more and they had more effect.
Adamek held up by the ropes. He can't stand up to the right hand. Adamek has guts he is just too small and even if they were the same size I think Vitali is still more skilled and has faster hands.

Vitali's skills are above average. Well above. He just isn't technical. He has both hands down. He throws shots from weird angles for such a big man.

Great point by Lampley and acknowledged by Steward, Vitali has very good reflexes, even at 40.

No his skills are not that good, I mean we can put his athletic ability in the same category as Roy Jones (for being HW in a weak division). Vitali isnt a very good boxer. only guys in the division with a chance against Vitali (unless he gets old overnight) would be Wlad (won't happen) and Haye (supposed to retire). Haye has the pure speed that he maybe could land a few huge right hand leads jumping in. Problem Haye would have is Vitali doesn't get knocked down. Lennox hit him with monster uppercuts that made a huge gash above the eye and Vitali didn't go down.

vitali won round 4 but adamek looked alright in that round. he landed a few clean punches.

although adamek is losing every round, he is getting more confident and going on the inside a little more. his style just doesnt lend itself to the HW division. he just doesnt have the power.

i think that vitalis hands are just so heavy that when he lands, it just knocks adamek back.

he did better in rounds 3 and 4. round 5 Vitali was landing the jab at will. Then round 6, Vitali landed a huge right that put Adamek down and it was called a knockdown this time.
I am a big fan of the highlander. This is going to end very bad for him.

Unlike Haye who should have thrown more hail mary right hands against Wlad, Adamek isn't a puncher at HW.
