Williams comeback fight vs Lara

It looks like Paul finally picked a fight. What's everyone's thoughts on this one?

That's more like it, I am fine with Lara.

Better choice, Paul still needs to get his ass in gear afterwards.

I think Lara is made to order for Williams

No great movement, no real pop, lacks a jab, and doesnt let his hands go. Expecting Paul to walk through him

Been on Solo Boxeo couple times

Might be too soon for Lara to make that step up. PW should fight a seasoned guy that can't inflict too much damage, like Latimore, or Alcine. After that, I'd love to see a PW vs PW fight.

I dunno. Paul I think head is not going to be screwed on straight after that KO loss. I think he's there for the taking. Especialy when you factor in how bad he's looked in his last fights.

Yeah. But this has been a weird year of upsets. I think if Lara comes to fight and knows this is it for him, he can take Paul. I think Paul got his head so far up his own ass, it's too late to pull it out

Williams has proven himself vs so much better competition

I mean Lara just looks for the left hand, he lacks a jab, lacks power, and really doesnt box like you think a Cuban amateur would

I agree if that Williams wasn't such a head-case, he'd win easily. But he's like Cintron and Zab. Who fucking knows what to expect when they get in the ring.

I think certain fighters give him problems and Lara doesnt fit that mold
