scott rodrigo valdez was outstanding.and yes a near great to great middleweight.if it were not for monzon this guy could of been champ for 6 years or more.a complete fighter that was dangerous in many ways.

The first time I saw Monzon, it was against Valdez. He bought the best out of Carolos Monzon.
