How is it that The Real Deal's fight is getting more marketing than HBO's Super Fight?

Ive heard PPV commercials on radio stations out here in the Bay Area and IIRC FNFs aired some commercials for it

because HBO ain't got to worry about it making money or not because HBO makes enough money without this fight. Holyfield's case is that they have to sell as many of them PPVs as possible to turnover any kind of significant profit margin. HBO have a blank chequebook and i think it's dangerous for boxing.

i haven't got a clue what HBO's goal is. it just seems that the people they employ are inadequate for the job. I actually find HBO's broadcast team to be arrogant, patronising, biased and boring as fucking hell. i mean at least with Showtime's guys they have some enthusiasm about the fight, with HBO's guys they just want to talk about what they want to talk about. There'll be an increase in the tempo of the fight and the commentators are talking about what fucking shoes the ref is wearing or some shit. Jim Lampley is fucking terrible, Pascal vs Dawson "that was a headbutt, that was clearly an intentional headbutt"... Lampley fuck off mate
