how do people feel about antonio tarver

as a commentator? i really like the dude as a commentator he just quit that heavyweight bullshit and stick to doing this. finito lopez is also good for telefutura or tv azteca i forgot which one he does but he's also pretty good as oppssed to chavez who fucking drunk most of the time.

Tarver is a lot more likable as an announcer, then he ever was a boxer, he found something he's good at = being the center of attention and running his mouth.

He's a great commentator, Tarver's lucky he's got something to fall back once he finally retires.

as a commentator he does a good job. He understands that he doesn't need to dominate a telecast. He also doesn't pull a Lennox and not say anything unless he is prodded. He isn't relying on the same words or cliches all the time.

He's really good. Insightful and astute.

Doing a great job commentating. He should be thankful to land such a prime gig and forget about fighting.

I thought he was excellent.

I don't get it. We hated his ass when he was fighting, and bagged on him whenever he opened his mouth. And now he's one of the best commentators and actually like it when he opens his mouth.
