I thought #2 was because he was coming off an Olympic Gold Medal but I do not know the name.

EDIT: I now know 2 and 4 by cheating and looking it up. Still lost on the other questions.

u begs 2 and 4 are correct.number 1 is joe choynski who koed jack johnson drew with jeffries lost to fitz and corbett.number 3 is harry wills and sam langford..
