I just got 385lbs 4 times. Fuck yes that is the most I have ever done that many times on bench.

Big jump from 385 to 405. Try going up by a max of 10 pounds. Don't hurt yourself going too hard.

If you go up 5 pounds each week you'll do it in less than a month. Long term it's better for your body that way.

I can guarantee you a way to bench 400 pounds. Next week bench 395. Then the following week train everything but chest. Have 3 days off straight from the gym then go back and train back at about 75%. The following day you will bench 400 pounds.
