I see no one is calling for the great Lara vs Canelo anymore

You know Canelo whoops him pretty easy and Lara would be on the run all night

nope.i never thought molina nor a lara fight could excite me at all.yes some have called for both to fight alvarez thinking there something special which there not.i have called for martinez at 160 for alvarez since fight night they will weigh the same.segio has maybe one good fight left in him .so spot alvarez 15 years in youth and kick his ass then retire.

I think Lara was definitely more deserving than Josecito Lopez but not as deserving as Molina. I'd like to see him fight K9, Molina or Kirkland, but he'll probably sit and wait for Floyd or the Cotto/Trout winner.

Regardless, Lara wouldn't be an easy night for Canelo. At worst it would probably be the toughest fight of his career.

i wouldnt mind seeing it still. i wasnt exclusively calling for canelo to fight lara. i just said for him to fight a top 154 pounder which lara is. if he fought another top 154 pounder i would be just as happy.

Lara was screwed. Vanes really got the gift here, but there's still no demand for Lara vs Alvarez and I doubt it will ever happen. GBP has babied Alvarez so much over the the years, by matching him up with such horrible opponents when he actually faces someone decent in his weight class, he will get his ass handed to him. When you fight softies, you become a softy and we're going to see it from Alvarez once he fights a decent fighter from his weight class, which he has never done in his career.
