Khan vs Danny Garcia

I want it to happen but the WBC want Garcia to face Ajose Olusegun next.

there are times when the trinkets do a favor to the boxing world. Most often when they force an avoided fighter to get a shot at a top fighter because he is a mandatory.

The number of times there is a bullshit mandatory that prevents a fight that fans would like to see is much higher.

This is a good fight and I understand why people would want it but I think that Olusegun fits into the very small minority of mandatories that truly deserve the trinket fight.

...thats the problem with boxing.phoney commissions try to stand in the way of a good fight.garcia just won that belt and he has a manditory..who is marquezs manditory then.surely not morales..save your cash shove the sanctioning fees and go for a big fight if you can get it..

IMO Khan destroys Garcia! Speed kills.

Its just a dull bout, Garcia looks like Rocky Juarez in the ring and Khan is a fucking cry baby who fights like he's still in the amateurs

Its good on paper, but dont expect it to be that way in the ring

What do you guys think of this fight? Does Garcia have a chance? I have only seen a few fights of him including his one vs. Morales. He dropped Morales so he must have some pop. We all know Khan doesn't have a good chin. Is another upset going to happen in July?

That's a safe prediction and likely the most realistic one. I simply don't know enough about Garcia to make an educated guess. I'm hoping for an upset. The more legitimate contenders we have, the better.

Garcia is Puerto Rican, so there's no chance for an upset. The boy will quit on his knees. Khan vs Lopez I think has a good chance in happening later this year.

Nice. That fight sounds great.

Khan should win. But if Garcia is able to stand his ground, and back Khan up, anything can happen. Khan looks like a totally different fighter when he not coming forward...

Garcia is slow, has so so power and takes too many punches. Khan has beaten better 140lbers than Garcia has faced. I think Khan blows this kid out.

WBA are giving Khan his title back, IBF have yet to make a decision.
