why do we get stuck with a ghastly fat man who is nasty to fans on chats, etc... ESPN doesn't screw over fans of other sports!!!!

does he not get that he needs to get into better shape??? He could get a treadmill at home and still do his work there.

I've wondered this too. I honestly think it's because he's the cheapest to do the workload. He is the only real person for ESPN that does boxing coverage. So he has to do all the press conferences, travel, writing ups, rankings, ect.
As I posted in the other thread, I see that Nigel Collins is involved with FNF now. It would be great if he took over Fat Dan's job. He's far superior in everything to Lard Ass. But I doubt he'd want to do that workload. He's getting up their in age.

He doesn't care that there is an aesthetic involved in his industry, otherwise, why would Erin Andrews even have a job?
