I've enjoyed every Alexander fight in the STL. My favorites were probably the BHop and Ward moments.

As a huge MMA fan I have to say that in 2011 MMA slipped a bit and Boxing came back with a vengeance. I haven't been this interested in Boxing in about a decade.

Eh don't get me wrong it had it's moments but it was just another year where politics and tv execs pissed me off.

MMA had a spectacular year for me.

This was the year of big marquee match-up fights almost all entirly sucked, but fights for hardcore fans were good.

Honestly, I thought Gumby did a great job listing the years events, however I thought the year sucked. I'll say this. If Gumby is serious about this list, he really needs to replace "Fat Dan" on ESPN. I know talent when I see it. If, however, if he was being sarcastic, I think the Letterman show should take note. Thanks for the thread, Gumby.
