Margarito likely had his last fight in the US

Margarito has had issues with cuts to that eye in the past. He had 2 fights against Daniel Santos. 1 was a first round no contest because the right eye got cut. The other was a late technical decision loss because of a cut around the right eye.
the eye got pelted and had swelling in some of his other fights as well.
Then Pac bludgeons an already susceptible eye are. He has surgeries.
Cotto hits the eye area 86 times.
Will he be able to get licensed again in the US??

He can fight Cintron to get his confidence back and then they should feed him to Sergio. Then he can retire.
