i actually think this fights going to be good

no way should it headline but their styles should mesh and make it fun.

Manfredo's punches are having no effect.

Manfredo is not having alot of success and is getting tagged. But when is Chavez Jr. going to fight someone good? If you are getting HBO dates, then at least face someone good.

Chavez Jr. vs Martinez would be must see tv. Chavez Jr. might land some shots but he would be getting rocked with straight lefts all night.

Manfredo isn't a big puncher and thus he doesn't have a great chance. He has to get to the body and hope that making weight was hell for Chavez Jr.

You get hurt by a shot like that, why don't guys take a knee. You stay up and you don't give yourself a chance to clear your head because you get hit with additional shots.

If you took a knee. Ref has to send the opponent to a neutral corner. Ref will count. You can get up around 5. Then it takes a few seconds to show that you are able to fight. Then when he starts fight again, you can hold.

Just a thought.
