then why has cortez escaped scrutiny.why hasn't questions been asked about boxers(& not just floyd)having a say in who is referee.the referee,imo,should not only be chosen independently but also shouldn't be revealed until fight day.further fighters,as a general rule,shouldn't be allowed to have the same referee regularly.it's not a good look for boxing.

I agree. I don't know why there are not more investigations when things like this happen.
