should Pavlik be stripped off his top 10 ranking??

his career has just come to nowhere, he doesn't even show up when he's meant to be fighting bums, has lost badly twice and only beat a journeyman in amongst all that. hasn't really done anything to prove he is a dominant force in the 160lb division. should he lose his top ten ranking? if the stories of his drinking are true then it could very well be the end

yeah?? i guess B-Hop proper messed this kid up. If Calzaghe had fought Pavlik instead or Roy Jones do you think Pavlik would have been on the end of a career wrecking defeat like Lacy?

Drop him down in the rankings all you want but who's good enough to be in front of him?

well this is my thoughts but he has just been so inactive and lost his title now. he needs a fight by feb/mar next year or he is done. i wonder how bad his drinking really is

He's still a top ten middleweight, only because middle is sparse. He's fucked up his career as badly as I've ever seen anybody though.

I think that's an accurate ranking. Especialy when sees guys ranked below him, like Sebastian Sylvester, Sebastian Zbik, Dmitry Pirog, ect

rather weak division and the best guys (excluding PW and Martinez) aren't facing each other.

Have you looked at the middleweight division lately?

The guy who cut his own arm off in the movie "127 hours" is ranked #5

Joy Behear is ranked #7

Barney Frank's boyfriend is ranked #9.

middleweight has two of my favorite prospects in david lemiuex and gennady golovkin, add pirog into the mix and the division looks promising for the future and guys like daniel jacobs and fernando guerrero are young also.
