Is Boxing fixed? -
Hell no! Look fellas, every cloud has silver lining. If you're wondering if our sport is rigged ask yourself the following question: Who the fuck would fix the Heavyweight Division to be in the morbid state it's in? Nobody. That's the answer. Hell, I wish they would fix some of these fights to add some excitement, however I think the days of "Kid, this ain't your night" are over for the most part.

As long as there are sanctioning bodies that people actually pay attention to, boxing will be "fixed" to some extend. Might not be as blatant as "Kid this ain't your night", but it's more about the positions fighters are put in.
Factors like who they fight, when, where, with what judges, gloves, ring sizes, weight, etc. can "fix" a fight just as well, if we're honest about it.
And really, anything where gambling is involved is open for someone to try to fix it; and the nature of boxing is that it can be unpredictable, and therefore maybe easier to fix and get away with.

Haye vs Harrison wasn't fixed. If it was fixed then Fraudley is a great actor and deserved an Oscar for his pre-fight performance
. He looked absolutely scared shitless before the fight.

disagree. Fraudley looked scared shitless in the ring before the fight even started. If that was acting then he definitely needs an agent to get him some roles right now!!!

The officiating can be fixed for sure. As Gomez said, like any sport. Refs in NBA, NFL, soccer, ect.
As for the fighter's themselves, taking a dive. That is almost pure Hollywood. Pro wrestler's spend entire career making shit like that look real, and it still looks fake. A boxer takes a dive, and it's going be obviouse enough to draw attention, and seriouse legal action.
Why would promoter risk that when can just match their fighter up with some bum that's just there to collect a check?

There are so much bad decision/bad performances that we lose track of them all. Danny Green vs Paul Briggs was fixed. One of the worst fixed boxing matches Ive ever seen. Jake LaMotta was also apart of a fixed match. It seems paid desicions and fighters taking dives is part of the sport.

There has only been a couple proven cases of fighter taking a dive. Today, because of federal probes into such things, it's even less likely. A promoter and boxer can not only lose their licence to fight period in the US,but seriouse Federal Prison time.
Again, why risk that when can match their star up against bums. Which is what they do.

I'm sure there are less than legit fights but for the most part it isn't. You nailed it about the heavyweight division but another great example is Floyd Mayweather. He has a horrible public image, rarely fights, is in trouble with the law, and has specific fighters he wants to fight. Fighters like Cotto, Adamek, and their ilk would be rigged for not Mayweather.
