I dont understand how it could be KO of the year when Montiel got up. Thats odd to me because everytime someone gets laid out for a KO of the year, the victim never gets up lol. It was still a great left hook though, had Montiel threw some mustard on his right hook, I dont think Donaires left would of landed.

Naaah man, I disagree, Montiel was out of it, pretty much defenseless and Donaire was going in for the kill.

Beautiful left hook. It should be nominated for "KO of the year." Even though Montiel got up, he was out on his feet. The fight should've been stopped. That was a sadistic ref.

Look, Hearns got up at 9 during his fight with Hagler, however does anyone really look at that fight as a TKO? Hell no. Hagler KO3 Hearns. That's the way most accounts of the fight read and I agree. Same thing with the Donaire fight.
