You ever watch strikeforce? Its pretty damn good. They stay standing most of the time and even if they do go to the ground they seem to stand them up pretty quick.

No he is really for a fighter kinda nonathletic in a lot of ways. He can punch hard but he really doesnt use his hips very well. I really dont know how he hits that hard punching like he does.

Just shows you, you can have 400 AM fights, don't mean jackshit in the pros
