Who is holding up the Martinez Cotto fight?

I actually feel for Martinez. He has continually had to take the short end and "prove himself" over and over, often against lesser fighters who have had a far easier path to stardom. Now Cotto wants to treat him like an opponent and dictate terms event though Sergio is THE champ and a star in his own rite. I understand Cotto is the bigger draw and deserves respect, but he needs to show some respect too.

I also think it's sad that some fans feel they need to denigrate Sergio's reputation to try and advance the career of GGG. Sergio is 39 years old. His body is breaking down. He is nearly at the end. He has taken the hard road to stardom and now he wants to cash out with big fights. He has earned that right.

Im with you. I have no issue with him fighting Cotto. I have heard a lot of people complaining about him not fighting GGG though
