Adamek is looking way too slow, especially now that Cunningham is throwing a real jab.

I have it 5-3 Cunningham.

Nazim has made a difference so far.

6-5 Cunningham. Close fight.

I have it 7-5 Cunningham.

I had Cunningham 115-113

Another bullshit score.

WTF with those scores?

I can see 6-6, but anything more for Adamek is BS.

He doesn't have much of a chance against Pulev, IMO.

I had it 8-4 for Cunningham.

don't see adamek winning 8 rounds.

i think we should conduct a class on judgin g fights 101..90 percent of thoses clowns of late would fail.

get ride of roach now.he gives no insite like stewart or a intelligent analasis..nazim did and he was a cornerman..have naz as a comentater if you need a trainer doing that.freddie brings nothing to the table.

this fight demonstrated a few things:

1-Judges love aggression. The effective part is left out unfortunately.
2-The bigger name/hometown/cash cow is going to get bullshit decisions. Adamek makes more money for the sport than Cunningham does.

Cunningham vs adamek-boxer vs aggressive fighter who is the bigger name- bigger name wins
Abril vs Rios- same story

on and on- they reward aggression and in fights where aggression isn't the issue they'll give rounds to the bigger name guy anyway.

it seems that way captain..agression needs to be effective..adamek was not..far from it..again judging has gone downhill a lot..

you have the parkinson's which is an issue for him. And he doesn't give very good analysis.

naazim's little bit was better than anything freddie said all night.

when we talk about trainers giving great analysis during a fight, cyclops (the banished sarmiento brother) is amazing. His advice during the first PW fight was always spot on. One instruction in between rounds. Usually specific as to what shot to look to use and how. Look for the right hook upstairs. Great job with the right upstairs, don't forget that a right to the body is effective against him. Look for the lead left to the head.

many of the controversial decisions involve the same pardigm:

aggressive fighter wading in, not being that effective, but still getting rounds because he was coming forward. Often seen when that fighter is the bigger name guy.

I'd say I'm cynical but it seems to be rather true.

your not cynical just giving reasons for poor judging.

I thought Cunningham got screwed. I thought he clearly won the fight. Adamek may have been more aggressive through out the fight, but clearly Cunningham was more affective and landed the better punches. Adamek did get the gift desicion. Even in the first fight, I though Adamek won but te scorecards were wide when they shouldn't have been.

That idiot judge needs to go in front of the PSAC and explain how she got 115-112. I feel bad for Cunningham, I'm a huge Adamek fan, but Steve clearly won and didn't deserve to get treated like that. Second bogus decision Adamek won this year.
