Koki Kameda might end up facing Alexander Munoz on boxing day
On Monday, the Venezuela national boxing commissioner conducted the official pre weigh-in for former world champion Lorenzo “Lencho” Parra’s December 26 clash for the vacant WBA bantamweight title against Koki Kameda in Saitama, Japan. Unfortunately for Parra, he weighed 129.82 pounds, which is over the maximum allowable weight. Now the WBA must make a decision on whether Parra can still take the fight or not. Sources say the name of Alexander “Explosivo” Munoz has been mentioned if Parra is ultimately rejected.
