Cali even tried to present their findings to the Texas commission. But the Texas Commission being the corrupt disgrace they are didn't give a fuck and gave him a licence anyways.

First I heard of it. Where was this proof before the Mosley fight? I don't see any evidence from his past fights that suggests his gloves were loaded.

.....i watched that entire long hearing and no time did cal submitt absolute proff that margo used loaded gloves before.the texas commision could of done what i did and watched there hearings.it was obvious by the questions asked that margo did not have the votes to get reinstated.most minds were made up.
we can only suspect that in a fight or two before mosley he could of cheated.thats all we can do.
i never liked margo nor did i think hhe was any way near a real top fighter.courage indeed.no one can deny that.im glad hes done..did he know the gloves were loaded..i believe he did.so did most of the commision but even then they could only suspect like i did.the hearing offered no resonable proof that he knew for certain.

It was in The Ring. A woman from the Cali commission went to Texas with photos of Margs wraps in the Cotto fight. It's her expert opinion, along with Brotha Naz who knows his shit, that those were the same chunks of plaster he found.

I don't know about anything about the evidence that Grant referred to in his post.

If I had to make a guess with big repercussions for being incorrect, I'd have to guess that he cheated before the Mosley fight.

It's the same evidence that Cotto presented in their rematch. A photo of Margs wraps after the first Cotto fight. The bulging part of the wrap had a red spot from the dye of his glove. Then there was another photo of the confiscated handwrap which had a red spot in the exact same spot as the earlier picture.

Margs never put his gloves on in the Mosley fight for dye to get on them. The wraps were confiscated before he could.

I remember reading it in The Ring during the whole outrage of Margs trying to get licenced in Texas to fight Pac. That the woman from the Cali commission went to Texas with the photos to try and prove that what Margs did was not a one time occurance.

No shock that Texas either didn't listen to her or ignored it. Texas commission is a corrupt joke that'll licence anybody.
