Arreola is ten pounds heavier than his last contest. Not a good sign. He just doesn't have the discipline.

..i agree.i was suprized by his weight.i thought he would be no more then 238 and hopefully a little less..

The guy really needs to fight every eight weeks, when he does that he's in better shape and looks better in the ring, otherwise he blows up and comes in in poor condition.

to be fair, he is fat even at the mid 230s. Why is it that Vitali, Wlad, and Haye, can have abs and lower bodyfat but the rest think bodyfat is what makes a heavyweight.

Haye is not really a HW. He fought Wlad at 210 pounds. The Klits are just huge. Even if they didn't have muscle they'd be 200 pounds easy.

true. He is not a HW in this era. But guys aren't supposed to be 240lbs when in tip top shape! Wlad and Vitali are just so tall.

Foreman weighed 220 when he fought Ali. Ali 216 1/2. Foreman was able to carry 225 or so pretty well at his height.

All of the guys today should be in shape. If you weigh 215 or 220 in shape then that is what you should do.
