i didnt know that he was ever #1 p4p. but that didnt hold out very long because he lost to forrest right after that. and he should have never been ahead of RJJ anyways.

Those are things that are not easy to disregard. In fact, there are a lot of guys in the HOF who never did this much. How high on the PFP list was Barry McGuigan at his heights?

To be a top pfp and not wind up getting into the HOF requires you to flame out like Donald Curry. Mosley didn't do that. He stayed relevant for a long time. He will get in and it will be more or less a no-brainer.
But the problem I have with him is he was caught juicing. That to me tarnishes his biggest wins and the main reason he would get into the HOF.

Yes, he was. In 2000 and 2001. Bear in mind these are the annual rankings, not just for the month.
