Why doesn't Guzman just fight at welter?

Thought he could make weight but liked eating too much

And he looked like he was going to be a great fighter when he splashed onto the scene at 122

but damn, just kept going up in weight

because he couldn't knock a lightweight opponent out coming in at welterweight. he's just blown up at Welterweight and not in the right weight division for him. Guzman's waste of talent is pretty sad. i don't want to see him fight again after his last few years antics to be honest.

He's too small for Welterweight, Guzman's best days were in the lower divisions.
