Unfortunately, he is the best challenger available at this time. He is pretty highly ranked by the alphabet soup.

Stieglitz also turned an offer down

This article notes that Interbox did indeed try to get Robert Stieglitz and Dmitri Sartison, probably the best fighters available, for this bout, but that they declined. Whether Interbox's offers of $500,000 and $400,000, respectively, are fair is up for you to decide

Hey Bute tried to unify with the two Euro trinket holders but they turned him down, I mean who else could Bute really face right now ?

Allan Green is about the only name I can think of right now but he was just knocked out by Glen Johnson.
