JZ-if Martinez wins, we would like you to start a thread stating:
Martinez is one hell of a fighter and I have nothing but respect for the outstanding performance he put on against Chavez Jr. tonight.

Re: Chavez Jr. vs. Carlos Molina
Both guys have become different fighter since then, Chavez had made a massive improvement, but IMO from watching Molina, he's world class and probably better than Chavez. Molina really did beat Lara and Kirkland who are way better than any Chavez has fought to this point. I watched Molina vs Chavez jr II live years ago and that's when I knew Chavez jr wasnt going to be very good. Who woulda thought Molina would be a force years after that fight though.

I will do that but... When he wins I want
Either of these will do for me
Grant to start thread saying I apologize for calling the middleweight CHAMP bum jr
Or
Hills to start thread saying Chavez jr is the best at 160 and he proved it tonight
Deal?

I have called him bum jr as well (though not likely as much as grant). I will start a thread for all of us to apologize for being so wrong.

it is supposedly a legitimate sell out tomorrow night.
as for the canelo fight, boxing writers are starting to rail against golden boy and their pr bullshit. I had heard on twitter from reliable writers earlier this week that there was more than a few seats being given away. But GB's PR says it is a sellout.
Steve Kim and a couple of other boxing writers have asked De la Hoya why they could go on ticketmaster and buy tickets after ODH and GB had said it was a sellout today. Lying motherfuckers.

Re: Chavez Jr. vs. Carlos Molina
lol.the lopez fight they litterly gave thousands of comps.the fight as i said before could of sold out if they held in friday instead of saturday.boxing fans coming to town would of bought tickets for both nights if prices were good.also a ppv tonight at 20 dollars boxing fans as well as the huge mexican following would of bought the ppv big time.400thousadnsd ppvs is conservative but it would of delivered more cash then reg showtime..golden boy fucked up and cemented a feud with top rank that just may be beyound repair.

Re: Chavez Jr. vs. Carlos Molina
i will agree. the thing is, maybe i wouldnt start a thread, but i would have already planned on eating crow and saying that chavez is the best middleweight if he beat martinez.Diego408 wrote:LMAO but that's a deal and I'm speaking for The whole forum.jz_hova wrote:captainanddew wrote:JZ-if Martinez wins, we would like you to start a thread stating:
