HBO need to just hire Jones already, it'll stop massacres like Adamek vs Jones and Sprott vs Jones from happening.

HBO might be gun shy with any kind long term commitment with Jones. He had a commentator gig with them, but wouldn't show up for manditory pre-show prepping and stuff, so they fired him.

I realize that but it's clear Roy's alot more mature now, he respects the job now and is committed.

Roy's just looking for money, if HBO offered him a contract the job would keep him busy and out of harms way.

For more than a decade Roy was one of the most arrogant disrespectful jerks in the sport. Roy used to routinely show up 1 hour+ late for media gatherings.

He burned bridges at both HBO and Showtime. Ask John Ruiz what kind of person Roy was during their promotion.

HBO should try out Nate Campbell.

Nate certainly could use the money. He would probably do reasonably well and he would dedicate himself to broadcasting.
