How about Judah-Garcia?

This fight shows how much mental stamina is a factor in boxing. Zab doesn't have to worry about thinking in the ring and still looks fresh. I think that's why he fades against top fighters. Having to sustain his concentration level for so long physically drains him. I hope they interview Paris after this.

Everyone else in the top10 is either tied up(Bradley, Peterson, Khan), someone Zab already fought (Matthyse) or a very rugged guy that I don't think Zab wants to really deal with (Maidana and Alvarado).

I agree that Garcia has to defend. Who knows, maybe he will. He's a rapper (For real) so maybe these guys can call him out. if they do let's see how he responds. To me he's not a top talent. I don't see him getting through the upper echelon of that division.

As bad as Judah has been he still fights downhill, once he gets rolling he's tough to stop. you have to counter him frequently and time him to keep him honest.
