Busy week: Food, family, football, shopping, and great boxing.

Tons of fights on Saturday; 2 big matchups on Showtime and 3 worth seeing on HBO. Undoubtedly there will be some stream hunting for those that don't have either channel (or just happen to be with family in a location where there is no HBO or Showtime). Also, the Burgos/Hasegawa fight on Friday would be worth watching, but I have no idea if there is going to be any streams for it.

Everyone have a great Thanksgiving. Going to be a great week and a good weekend. Full schedule below:

Friday, November 26, 2010

6 Title fights!

I won't be able to see the Hasegawa v. Burgos on Friday but I would love to be able to read some comments because I'm curious to know how Hasegawa handles 126 or if Burgos is legit.

On a side note, I remember someone was upset a while back because they thought someone had changed their post. I don't remember the circumstances, but if it was a quote that was changed it could have been someone writing inside the [/quote] accidentally. I almost just did that. Maybe he meant to put their comment outside of the quote, but wrote it inside instead.

For example:

Hahaha, it's all good Gumby, I knew what you were doing.

If there's a good live stream for these two title fights Friday, i'll post a thread for it:

At Nagoya, Japan: Juan Carlos Burgos vs. Hozumi Hasegawa, 12 rounds, for vacant WBC featherweight title; Vitali Tajbert vs. Takahiro Ao, 12 rounds, for Tajbert's WBC junior lightweight title.

With so many other fights going on Saturday night, I won't be watching the other title scrap on Fox, maybe somebody will watch it and give us an update:

At Tijuana (Fox Deportes): Giovani Segura vs. Manuel Vargas, 10 rounds, flyweights; Miguel Vazquez vs. Ricardo Dominguez, 12 rounds, for Vazquez's IBF lightweight title. cheers
