the really interesting thing about Floyd accusing another fighter of using PEDs (how can a smaller guy fight bigger guys??) is that Floyd really has the body of a junior welter. He walks around at just over 150 pounds and fights in the ring at that weight.
He is a smaller fighter fighting bigger guys that he doesn't have to dehydrate for weigh ins (and because 147 has been a money division historically). So he has been doing the same thing as Pac (though I'd argue Pac is smaller than Floyd and is really a lightweight who won't cut weight for weigh ins).

I'd say blame James Toney, Shane Mosley and all the other dirty athletes in boxing that juice and open the door for other accusations.

The difference is how they win though. Pacquiao wins by being stronger and faster, whereas Floyd wins by being more technical and faster. The surprising thing about Pac is that even though he's a smaller guy he's physically stronger than the bigger guys he's fought recently. Floyd hasn't walked anyone down since jr. lightweight.

At this point I think they're trying to bait Ortiz into a rematch. That's the only thing that makes sense. I could see Berto but I don't think DiBella could be that dumb with his comments if he wasn't planning something.
