According to the latest in England, British and Commonwealth super middleweight champion George Groves (13-0, 10 KOs) is scheduled to fight former British champion Paul Smith (30-2, 16 KOs) on December 17th at the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England. To finalize the fight, Smith has to defeat Paul Samuels (21-9-2, 12 KOs) at the Olympia in Liverpool on Saturday night. Smith was previously stopped by Groves' rival James DeGale in nine rounds in 2010

I have no problem with domestic and international titles, they serve a purpose for up coming boxers and guys who can't hack it on the higher levels.
