The bout is slated to be televised in the United States as part of the "Top Rank Live" series (Fox Deportes).

This is the year of non mainstream/marquee name fighters delivering on the best fights.

Unless Mayweather-Ortiz and Pac-JMM deliver, not a single mainstream fight been good this year.

True to an extent

Rios-Antillon, Wolak-Rodriguez, Rios-Acosta, Berto-Ortiz where all on US outlets

but yea alot of fights overseas deliver more often than the ones on HBO

This past Saturday Prescott-McCloskey was the best one on - back and forth action in front of a passionate crowd in Ireland

I don't realy consider Rios fights mainstream fights. Showbox is more for us hardcore fans.

But yeah, Berto-Ortiz was a good one. About it. Seriously, the best fight during Pac-Mosley was not even that fight. It was Arce-Vazquez Jr

Rios has headlined Showtime twice, vs Acosta and Antillon

I believe both times getting a good rating like 800k (for Showtime its good)

Yeah, that realy is good for Showtime. Imagine if Rios was on HBO. He'd probably get a million viewers easy. But naw, HBO rather show Al Hayman can't draw flies to shit fighters.
