HD streaming media player...

...which one should I buy? I've never used one before. Want to download IceFilms/Giganews on it. Want to stream from my PC to the TV. Cheaper the better but I want a good one.

what I am considering:

AppleTV2 "jail breaked" with xbox media center

WD Live Plus

Boxee Box

I am hopeless with technology, my brother seems to be a master with stuff like media centers and streaming.
