DiBella said Erdei (32-0, 17 KOs) is the mandatory challenger for the winner of the May 21 bout between titleholder Jürgen Brahmer and Nathan Cleverly.

Erdei just like Sturm just like Bum Jr is another cat that is pointless to even bring in a discussion of actualy fighting world class opponents.

Erdei vs Brahmer is possible, I can see Zsolt taking the fight in Germany.

Not sure about Clev, depends if DiBella would be willing to take the fight in England/Wales.

Stop, he's making the right move by signing with DiBella, and facing the May 21st winner is a solid fight for the division.

Plus Erdei did go up to Cruiserweight and win a trinket, it's nothing to sneeze at.

Fuck Erdei. He's just like Sturm. He won't ever fight any world class top ranked opponent, let alone outside Germany.

People been saying he'll step it up for years, just like Sturm. Both get paid absurd money and draw good German crowds fighting no-hopers.

Just being honest, and you know it too. What has Erdei done since winning the linear Light HW title? Jack shit. So much he made the linear title so irrelevant that it got passed over for a new line Jones Jr-Tarver-Johnson-Tarver-BHop-Calzaghe and now Pascal.

Come to the realization that if a German based fighter ever get's a title it will become irrelevant. The market their fuels it. Big crowds and TV audience for these guys fighting cans and nobodies.

Fortunant the Klits are not content to settle into that and want to fight the best avaiable opponents. Not their fault the division sucks as far as opponents.
