Mosley to Top Rank?

Was at the fights Saturday night and Steve Kim reports he was there w/his new advisor James Prince

Its sure opens the door to the big fights he wants - Cotto Rematch, Pacquiao, even Margarito rematch

Can also take on some of TR's Jr MWs - Vanes, Foreman

He needs to fight the thought of continuing to fight. His tongue is heavy. He takes too much time to compose his thoughts. He is going to end up a cautionary tale if he doesn't quit.

It would be a lucrative move for Shane if he could sell his roughly 5 percent share of GBP back to one of the partners, and then sign with Top Rank and get fights with Cotto and PacDiva. Of course Shane may have a promotional contract with GBP, in which case he would probably just relinquish his equity to buy out his contract.

GBP does one fight deals, even Hopkins talked about it when he was pissed at them end of last year I believe

Why not. GP entire promotion is built off of stealing other promoter's fighters. So good the same is happening to them. Then again, Mosley was never their fighter. GB never built up a successful fighter

What's funny about it?

I don't wanna hear about Mosley's "future" in the sport. I don't like the way he talks, like he's in a perma-state of like how a dog looks after it gets hit on the nose. It doesn't hit my ear right when he speaks. I think if he continues, he's gonna be in that Terry Norris zone. He deserves better.
