Federal Judge orders Mayweather to pay Pac is defamation case.

A Federal Judge has ordered Floyd Mayweather to pay $114,000 to Manny Pac after Floyd made a "deliberate decision to avoid participation" in a deposition in relation to the Defamation of Character suit filed against him by Manny Pac after Mayweather made unbased accusations of PED use.
This is not an unprecedented step in these cases. Usually, its a deliberate strategy by the defendant to delay proceedings in a case in which circumstances are NOT favorable for them. Its done in the hope that between now and "doomsday" or the day in court, the plantiff will do something to support the defendants position. Which in this case would mean Mayweather is hoping that Pac fails a drug test or gets caught buying PEDS. Otherwise, as I stated last year, I think Mayweather is in serious jeopardy of losing this case. Defamation of Character cases are nororiously hard to win, but this one has all the ingredients for a Pac win. I really think if this makes it to a judge, Pac wins the case.
Time will tell.

Thanks for your professional insight. I don't know what Mayweather is thinking but I don't give him much credit for his behavior and thought process outside of the squared circle.
