he had a heart attack a month and a half or two months ago. This was related to that.

I don't have any idea how he lived from day to day. I'd guess that being 300 pounds even at 6 ft 5 isn't great for your body.

he was still only 54.

life is short. have to balance living it up, but still taking care of yourself.

He might have had an enlarged heart probably also steriods.
