Sauerland Event says Alexander Povetkin vs. Marco Huck is signed for Feb. 25 in Stuttgart, Germany. Very interesting fight.

Not out of the question for Huck to win. He has been fighting at cruiser, but he likely walks into the ring around 210-212 pounds for those fights, and he can carry 216-220 pounds pretty well. Povetkin weighs around 227 pounds most of the time, but he looks a bit soft. I honestly think the lean body mass of the two guys is rather close.
If Huck were to win, Teddy Atlas's head will explode. so if you don't like Teddy, root for Huck.

Wlad having to use a cardboard cut out of Povetkin because Povetkin was too scared to even show up for a manditory press conference for his fight against Wlad, which he bailed out

as stiff as Wlad can be in the ring, he does have a sense of humor outside the ring. I remember the cutout bit for Povetkin. And the shake the magic hand with Haye was good.

huck isnt very good but povetkin is worse. who knows and who cares who will win this fight. neither fighter will be remembered after they retire.

Povetkin-Huck Winner To Face Rahman, Deal Reached
Promoters Gregory Cohen and Chris Meyer of Sauerland Event, legal representatives of Marco Huck and Hasim Rahman, agreed on the fight with Hasim Rahman, on Monday morning.
Huck will step on the ring on February 25 at the Porsche-Arena, in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The German will challenge the Russian Alexander Povetkin, also promoted by Sauerland Event.
The meeting took place at the WBA's office, where Cohen (GCP LLP) and Meyer (Sauerland Event), agreed that the winner of the Huck and Povetkin bout should face the mandatory challenger Hasim Rahman in 120 days.
